Commission is credited to your wallet when someone in your team buys a project. Level 1 is your direct referrals, Level 2 is invited by them, and Level 3 by their team.

1. About NOIR

NOIR is an online platform where members can buy project plans using USDT and earn daily profit as described on each project card. By creating an account or using NOIR you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You must be of legal age in your country and give accurate information. One person may hold one account. Keep your password private. NOIR support will never ask for your password. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

3. Deposits

Deposits are made in USDT through the secure checkout shown in the app. Send funds only on the network and to the address shown. Funds sent to a wrong address or network may be lost permanently. Deposits are credited after network confirmation. Minimum and maximum amounts are shown in the app.

4. Project purchases

The price, daily profit, duration and per-user limit of each project are shown on its card. When you confirm a purchase, the price is deducted from your wallet immediately. Purchases are final once confirmed. VIP projects are available for a limited time and close when their timer ends.

5. Daily profit

For every active project, profit is credited to your wallet automatically once a day, between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM (IST), until the project's duration ends. No profit is paid after the duration ends. Crediting time may vary slightly for technical reasons.

6. Referral commission and salary

When someone in your team buys a project, commission is credited to your wallet at the Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 rates shown on the Refer & Earn page. Commission applies to eligible project purchases only, not to deposits or daily profit. Self-referral and duplicate or fake accounts are not allowed, and commission earned through them may be reversed. Monthly salary: members whose direct referrals have bought projects can earn the monthly salary shown on the Refer & Earn page. A referral counts once they buy their first project. Salary is credited on the set day of each month while the programme is active, and NOIR may change or pause it.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are sent in USDT to the wallet address you provide, on TRC20 or BEP20. Check the address carefully, because blockchain transfers cannot be reversed. Minimum and maximum amounts are shown in the app. Processing time may vary, and NOIR may review requests that look suspicious before releasing them.

8. Prohibited activity

Fraud, abuse of the platform, attempts to exploit errors, and running multiple accounts are not allowed. NOIR may suspend or close accounts involved in such activity and may withhold funds obtained through it.

9. Changes

NOIR may update these terms, projects and rates from time to time. Changes apply to new purchases and activity from the date they are published. Continuing to use NOIR means you accept the updated terms.
